Kennedy is a very friendly, open, and helpful person who makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. He was always punctual and made sure that everything ran smoothly from start to finish, so we never had to worry about anything. He always made sure we had the best possible view of the animals and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never had a single problem with the vehicle or experienced any issues during the safari.
The schedule was also very flexible—we could decide what time we wanted to leave and when we wanted to return each day, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
